What is absolutely unique about this mobile tablet stand is that the device can be turned into an upright or even over-hanging position so that you can look at the screen horizontally or even from an angle below. This allows you to use your tablet/iPad, e-reader, or phone when leaning back or lying flat on your sofa, bed, armchair, or in the bathtub.
Typically, the stand is placed on a side table and the device is tilted into the appropriate position. But the stand can in fact be placed on any reasonably flat surface including narrow, uneven, or soft surfaces like a window ledge, a shelf, a mattress, upholstered furniture, a cushion, a duvet, or the user’s lap.
Notice that the stand is held in place by its own weight, by a counterweight, which is embedded in the wave-shaped handle.
